We have mechanical engineers stationed at each of our centers to ensure the safe and stable operation of refrigeration equipment and other important facilities.
At least one person is assigned to each logistics center, and a system is in place to handle maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting 24 hours a day.
These engineers are assigned to each center. They are constantly improving their knowledge and skills through regular training with equipment manufacturers.
In addition, we have also placed a supervisory engineer at the head office (in the Cold Logistics Business Headquarters) to provide technical support to the engineers at each center and thereby strengthen the system.
