Our ICT Service utilizes the strength offered by our main system, which was developed in-house, to offer wide-ranging support for our customers' businesses by using information and communication technology. Customers can benefit from our various ICT services (faxes, e-mail, EDI, etc.), which we have developed to meet their individual needs, enabling customers to understand loading and unloading records, inventory information, and the like, making their operations more efficient. We are also focusing on BCP (Business Continuity Planning) and have built an environment that allows us to continue operations in the event of an emergency by installing all systems, including the host computer, in a data center, while setting up a disaster recovery site in a remote location.
YOKOREI Information System (YIS) Service
YIS is a service that provides information, such as loading and unloading records, as well as inventory information, to customers' computers through an internet connection. This service, which operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, displays the current status of cargo in real time, making it possible not only to keep track of daily loading and unloading records, but also to check the weight information of irregularly sized cargo, as well as the customs clearance us of bonded cargo, in a timely manner. YIS facilitates strategies that can capture every business opportunity, realize waste-free inventory storage, and sales that are freed from time and location restrictions.
Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Service
This service enables data to be exchanged with a large number of customers through a direct EDI in a form that meets customers' needs. The data (sent and received) contains loading and unloading request data, loading and unloading records, product data, invoice data, and the like. Dedicated forms, such as delivery slips and picking lists, can be issued on demand. There are currently five supported protocols for EDI procedures: JX, ebXML, SFTP, FTP, and Zengin TCP/IP (wide-area IP network). YOKOREI is supporting customers in making operations more efficient through our unique EDI Service.
YIS & EDI services are set up after receiving a request from the customer.
